Neighborhood Upgrade

 OK...had the old version running briefly; but being as rickety as it was (in internet terms), it failed again rather quickly (with a bit of outside help). This version was one I was going to release fully polished; but, as needs be, it had to be released now. I'll be working on it daily to tweak the way it needs to be and get the modifications (like the country flags) added back in as quickly as possible. Please let me know if you come across any issues.

Much like my older Windoze box with the Windows 10 upgrade, the forum had to be upgraded to work in the latest server environment. I apologize for the changes taking so long; but life and work and I had to keep the dogs in kibble...

The good side of the upgrade is that it appears that all the old data came with the site; so ID's and passwords should be good. Errors have been at a minimum.

Bad side is that I haven't had much of a chance to test things; and I'm not too particularly fond of the appearance. I shall be tinkering and fixing things for a while; and I'm going to try to take advantage of the functionality built into the new version to add some features, depending on other demands...'cause, you know...life and work and I have to keep the dogs in kibble.
