The Neighhorhood Has Picked Up An Annoying Tagger

There's is an annoying tagline that is appearing in the 'Hood when previewing or posting smiley's or quoting, etc. This is part of the (totally unnecessary) metrics package from the service provider. Unfortunately, the means they provide us to turn this crap off is not working. I don't really have the time to dive into the code right now; so until the service provider fixes things, you may get unwanted taglines. Seems that if you don't preview or don't use the smiley's, the tag doesn't appear.
