Brother Ric

Man, she just came up in my life. She sent me Jorma, Booker, and I forget who else. So much music, such great music

I often wondered how she could get from Bend, OR to bumbuck, FL in 3 hours flat.

I miss her call at all odd hours, miss her talking about her kid and dude, the squirrel and Alan. Some of us on this list were blessed

RJ, I hope you are getting the concerts you wanted. We miss you and hard.

Hey Steve J,

What makes you think we can't see you?

Probably the quietest "high season" the wildlife around there have known for a century. What will Moose & Squirrel do for entertainment?   :yack:

I wrote this five years ago today in memory of our dear friend...

"For our dear friend Rhea (RJ) King who lost the good fight yesterday...My thoughts go out to her loving husband Alan and their daughter Kelsa...RJ thank you for all of your kind words and support through the years...your love for your family and your music shone through it all...I always enjoyed hearing from you after any given road trip that involved the musical pot 'o gold at the end, be it Jazz Fest, a Lobo gig or The Fur Peace gigs...and thank you for making me more acutely aware of James Booker...Sail On My Dear Sister, Sail on..."

Every time an old post pops up that has to do with music or a road trip I see her comments on them and it strikes hard how she is no longer with us...To her loving family please know that she is with us always in our hearts and minds..."We love you madly..."

I've been sitting at home, twiddling my thumbs since March 5th...the park did a prtial opening for weekends a few weeks ago but now is open daily with restrictions and minimal services offered...was nice and quiet here those first ten weeks or so...maybe we go back to work at the Airport in August...we're running a skeleton flying operation but no ground tours yet...hasta

....if we ever rock out - all together again - it's going to be a miracle if we survive it - better - that's how  it will be - can't get no worse - unless they put me in a hearse.

I'm Sticking with the Wolves - that is my final answer - what are you doing after the apocalypse? How is it going in the neighborhood?
Ric?
Mando?
Steve?
Moonflower?
Is everybody still here? Josephine! Thanks for last time!
Dan/anybody?
Is there ever going to be a next time this side of heaven? Go figure. Chance are...
Anybody still check, check, checkin' in all the time, or what?
You can't really leave, now. Curfew.. or is everybody just taking the time off band duty?
I remember how bored I must have been when I first hung out here, I might get that bored again. posting without editing posts may pile up again.

Enjoy, y'all.
