Hi all,

i am in San Diego on the 30th for a conference, and since there is nothing going on in SoCal, i booked a flight to MArin, so i can see the boys on my b-day!!  Mr Green

So, i am getting to stay on the 3rd and 4th, and am wanting advice on a good hotel, restaurants etc.  i plan to work in the Muir Woods, and Point Reyes light house.  Advice on a good breweries and a vineyards are also most welcome.  thanks in advance!!

This is a little late in coming, but there is a hotel (Courtyard Inn I believe) that you can literally walk to the fair from. In terms of brews, wines and food all I can say is it's NoCal, and no shortage of any of them that are excellent, it's just a matter of narrowing down the options. In that particular area I'm not to familiar with all the options, but try Yelp and see what comes up strong. See you at the show...
