Funny, because last summer at the Isleta Hard Rock, when the Lobos opened for Los Lonely Boys, David was missing, so that was mostly Cesar's show. Last night was David's show; opened with Will The Wolf, did Kiko, Bertha (Louis played some great lead before David's solo), ended with Mas y Mas; no La Bamba. Though it was only 45 minutes, perhaps a cosmic balance has been achieved for the Isleta nation... Anywho, the entire Lobos show in the Burque at the Civic Center on June 16 was as good as it gets...
This is making me curious as to what the "Cesar show" playlist looked like. Do you know what songs have been played at that show? Thanks for info.
